Didn't you cover this before. I didn't look back, but it seems that you did. I love to be kissed. Even if it is from a long lost girlfriend. But when it is done, I want a hug that is genuine with it. Otherwise keep it.
You are right. It is meant to convey a message to the other person. So if it is done with the whole body, or with just parts of it, it lets you know where you stand with that person.
I did touch on it. I asked HOW you liked to be kssed. Not how you felt about the act itself.I think the act is so extrememly intimate, I can't just do it to do it. I know people who can. It has to be someone I have feelings for though. Honestly, I can do other, way more sexual things, before I can kiss.
Are you still up?
I wonder how you feel about hugs.
Hugs are interesting, but not essential.I mean, they supply comfort to children and adults, I guess. But again, I'd have to WANT to hug the person offering it in order to actually DO it.I have hugged before, when the timing was right, and I never wanted to leave that spot - ever. But those situations aren't common - at least, not for me.
I think that hugs are more important than kissing in casual, and erotic settings. Especially if you really grab ahold of someone, and let them know that you are not afraid of bodily contact. I think that it gets the hearts closer together. That means something to me.
I can see that, jb. If I had to choose, I'd rather hug.
I like to hug and kiss. How bout if someone kisses you on the cheek?
Cheek kissing is odd. If you're not intimate enough to actually kiss, then what is the purpose? At professional events I think it's awkward - but I don't often resist becuase I don't want to embarrass people publicly - and if it's a family member (like a cousin or aunt/uncle) I think it's absolutely bizarre. However, I would cheeck kiss my kids, parents and grandparents becuase they are actually closer to me than the others.I never ever kiss my girlfriends on the cheek. They'd know I'd have lost my marbles if I did.
The purpose is to show affection!! To flirt, to start a journey, or just to say hi and we are closer than a wave or shake.I almost always hug my friends hi. Guys or girls. Intimate or not. No boundaries there.
I am over the top w/ my kid. lots of hugs and kisses!
