As I write this entry (9:00 am) I don't feel anxiety or sadness about tomorrow, but I can't speak to how I'll feel later tonight. I just keep repeating to myself, and anyone else who asks me about Christmas 2010, that this Holiday will be different, but not bad.
The most enjoyable plan I could come up with for tomorrow is to head to the track and run a few miles before heading out to the country to eat and play football with my brother and his family. He promised a "judgment-free zone," air-quotes when he invited me. I know he'll deliver, too.
